  • Schedule a no-obligation consultation to discuss your vision for your unique ceremony, and to ensure we’re a good fit for one another.
  • Review and sign your contract.
  • Pay your non-refundable 50% deposit.
  • Complete your ceremony and couple’s questionnaires.

after booking

  • After completing your questionnaires, I’ll begin crafting your custom ceremony.
  • Once I’ve completed the draft, I’ll e-mail you a copy for review.
  • We work together to make any changes, edits, or additions to ensure your love story is beautifully captured and your vision comes to life.

the writing process

  • Lauren reviews your questionnaire answers and notes from your consultation to craft your love story. She works tirelessly to capture your journey as a couple, what makes your love uniquely yours, and how that love translates into hope for the future.
  • Once you love story has been completed, Lauren begins building out your ceremony. From quotes and readings to traditions and customs, Lauren ensures all components of your ceremony are personalized, and that all traditions and guest speakers are incorporated seamlessly.
  • When all components of your ceremony have been finalized, Lauren prepares graphics and an e-mail for your wedding party for ease of use on your wedding day.

  • Schedule your comprehensive finals appointment to review the ceremony script, processional and recessional, and last-minute details.
  • The couple gives final approval on all ceremony components.
  • Pay the remaining balance of your invoice.

  • Unlimited edits until the first of the month of the wedding (example: if your wedding is on October 24, you will receive unlimited edits until October 1).

Frequently Asked Questions

If the ceremony takes place more than 50 miles outside of 19107, a travel fee will be assessed depending upon distance.

Ceremonies taking place outside PA, NJ, and NY, please email eventsbyljs@gmail.com to obtain a travel fee estimate. Travel fee estimate includes airfare/train fare, accommodations, and transportation.

Lauren has designed her comprehensive finals meeting to address, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues rendering a rehearsal unnecessary. If you feel you would still like a rehearsal following your finals appointment, one can be added for $250.00 and travel fees, if applicable.

Just as every couple is unique, the creation of every couple’s ceremony is also unique. Final pricing is provided to the couple following their consultation. However, base prices are as follows:
